Handcrafted Kitchens Project 1

Handcrafted Kitchens have done it again; this beautiful, bright and spacious kitchen was designed in consultation with the owner and a young architect, Hilary Stephens, to form the right design. Combining classic charm with contemporary features, this design has been carefully considered to maximise the available space. Replete with clever storage solutions and an expanse of windows that invite sunlight into the space.

The area is complete with white under-bench cabinetry and an expansive island bench furnished with sleek, white linear tiles and a white stone benchtop. Adding a rustic touch, the overhead cabinetry is comprised of warm timber notes. Open shelving sits in between the windows, allowing decorative interest to be added. The same white tiles found on the island are utilised across the kitchen’s splashback to create a unified and harmonic look.

An expanse of benches surround the perimeter of the room and are serviced by stainless steel countertops – allowing food preparation and cleanliness to remain neat and tidy. LED strip downlights are fitted underneath the shelving, illuminating the food preparation space.

The kitchen is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including a Fisher & Paykel oven and gas stovetop, and a Vintec wine fridge. Ample cupboard space and drawers are provided – meaning there is no shortage of storage for the busy family.
