TIMELESS RENEWAL: TRANSFORMING A 40-YEAR-OLD HOME

Designed through close collaboration with the client and a thorough understanding of the project’s brief, this bespoke renovation balances modern sophistication with the home’s original character. The objective was to refresh and modernise the residence without creating a visual disconnect between the existing architecture and the new design elements.

Originally built almost 40 years ago, the home felt dark and dated. Gippy Custom Cabinets was engaged to transform the space, introducing a brighter, more contemporary aesthetic while maximising natural light throughout the home. A key priority was also to incorporate extensive storage solutions that complemented the overall design.

The result is a beautifully executed renovation featuring luxurious stone benchtops, aged brass fixtures and handles, elegant reeded-glass bar cabinetry, and a uniquely designed guest bathroom. Seamlessly integrating bespoke cabinetry with thoughtful interior design, every element was locally designed and manufactured to create a tailored finish that perfectly suits the home and its owners.
