Utilising the space provided in line with the clients’ requests for a neat, simple, streamlined design, Cheapa Bathrooms and Kitchens used clever design elements and techniques to achieve the desired effect.

Large neutral-coloured porcelain tiles have been used on the floor and walls. The floor tiles extend into the shower forming the shower base, providing a seamless floor finish.

Tiles were individually cut using water jet machinery to maintain a square and rectified tile edge. This process enabled the tiles to be butt jointed, which minimised grout lines.

The clean, neat design is enhanced by the frameless shower screen which provides maximum visibility of the entire bathroom.

Designer range stainless steel handles and modern stainless steel tapware were selected to achieve the design brief.

Cabinets were specially made offsite and finished with two-pack paint, while lighting was strategically installed to illuminate the edges of the room to enhance the space and provide plenty of light over the vanity.

The bathroom fixtures have been laid out to create a sense of luxury and wellbeing. All fittings were specifically chosen to add to the simple, streamlined nature of the room.

Water saving features were also incorporated. The toilet is connected to an external rainwater tank, while all taps in the room have internal water saving components that reduce water flow.
