DIVINE FINISHES

The creation of this gorgeous kitchen, living space, laundry and en suite was a team effort, involving collaboration between Kate Hickling from Interiors by Kate, Vansellar Kitchens, and Infinity Coatings to create a wonderful result that truly speaks for itself.

Infinity Coatings were requested to apply to finish various profile doors, ranging from flat doors to shaker doors. The team used a polyurethane finish in various colours to match the clients’ choice, including Porters French slate satin and Dulux Unforgettable satin finish in the kitchen, Dulux Unforgettable satin finish in the ensuite and Porter’s Moorehen matte finish in the laundry.

The project proved to be a very detailed job – all doors were pre-sanded and detailed prior to being primed with polyester and then fine-sanded and top-coated with polyurethane in the chosen colour. A great finish is reliant on the time dedicated to prepping all the items prior to undercoating and top coating, something with which Infinity Coatings takes great care, as exemplified by this stunning project.

The evident success of this project didn’t go unnoticed, with Infinity Coating winning the 2023 Master Painters Award for Excellence for Finish Trades over $10,000
