Living Space Joinery crafted this impressive kitchen design by ELC Architecture and Interior, incorporating seamless joinery, quality materials and luxury features for a warm and inviting area that’s perfect for entertaining.

If the kitchen is the heart of the home, then the statement-making island bench is the heart of this kitchen. Thick marble combines and contrasts with earthy American oak, providing a central cooking zone that exudes sophistication. A second sink was installed for easy clean-ups and food prep, bolstering the kitchen’s functionality. Living Space Joinery left a wide clearance between the island and the cabinetry along the walls, allowing the whole family to gather around without crowding the room. Rattan pendants above the island are a fitting textural element that elevates the overall style.

Wide handleless drawers keep the kitchen clean and modern. The custom-made rangehood gives the space a bespoke edge, integrated smoothly into the overhead cabinetry for instant cohesion. This rangehood is fit for the capacious cooktop and oven – another unique feature that brings a retro touch to the contemporary kitchen.

Adjoining the remarkable kitchen is a butler’s pantry that provides generous storage and additional cooking space. Since the pantry is easily visible through the ample open doorway, it was important that it tied in with the rest of the design. Living Space Joinery delivered, installing matching open shelves, benchtops and splashbacks that are neat, simple and pleasing to the eye.
