Creating an absolute beauty amongst the surrounding Bells Beach bushland, Living Space Joinery worked with Lachlan Shepherd Architects to bring this home and its impressive joinery to life. With stunning cabinet work throughout the dwelling, including the kitchen, laundry, study, bedrooms and separate art studio, Living Space Joinery has truly outdone itself.

Situated at the heart of the home, the kitchen is one of the more significant demonstrations of Living Space Joinery’s remarkable handywork, surrounded by glass doors that showcase stunning views on either side. A combination of timbers, New Age Veneers and concrete breathe natural beauty into this space, with sturdy concrete benchtops and a matching splashback, open timber shelving, and an extension on the island bench for casual dining. The finger-pull drawers offer a sleek, minimalist aesthetic, which is offset by the warm and rustic wall panelling and pitched ceiling.

The master bathroom is another breathtaking sight, showcasing a long vanity with a concrete benchtop that seamlessly extends to form a bench seat in the walk-in shower. This concrete has yellow tones to soften its appearance and blend well with the rest of the fixtures. A free-standing bathtub is placed right near the wide floor-to-ceiling window, providing views of the landscape for a perfectly relaxing experience.

Living Space Joinery made its mark in other areas of the home, from a custom shelving unit in the study to a practical and stylish kitchenette in the art studio. The master bedroom features a cleverly designed and well-executed ‘invisible’ walk-in robe; a row of cupboards with mirrored panelling reflects the gorgeous brickwork on the opposite wall, creating an illusion of space.
