Seamless Joinery

This seamless and simple white kitchen exudes contemporary living. The minimalist feel gives a clean finish and has been given the opportunity to present itself as a blank canvas. Some items in this project were planned out in the architectural plans prior to the team at MDR Joinery working on the kitchen, including a large timber clad sliding door integrating into a custom shadow line bookcase. Pre-planned or not, the team at MDR Joinery still had a lot of input on how to best achieve the goal.

The house is generously sized and spacious allowing for ample enjoyment and entertainment. The warm natural tones of the joinery integrating with the sandstone walls throughout the house, makes the space feel warm and inviting. Some materials that were used include Laminex elegant oak chalk, Tasmanian oak hardwood and royal oak smoked lime flooring as cladding. Coordination with the other trades people was key to allow for a smooth process with the wall cladding installation.
