Offering a luxurious blend of warm tones, rustic textures and a dash of modern elegance, this kitchen project completed by Seaview Cabinets is the holiday home that vacationers dream of. Natural, raw textures and warm tones were utilised flawlessly throughout this project, chosen by the homeowner and their designer to honour the beautiful Balnarring surrounds of the vacation property and the existing home’s own gorgeous rustic features.

The use of Linsurfaces Natural Lancelot Oak laminate throughout the kitchen cabinetry created a durable and warm timber appearance that ties in perfectly with the existing solid blackbutt doors and travertine tiles. Matching upper cabinetry with bookend open shelving exudes a modern sophistication and is given a weightless appearance by the inclusion of a horizontal window splashback, aiding in the fresh, open aesthetic that fulfils the homeowner’s brief.

Seamless finger-pull fittings bring a slimline elegance to the design, and the smooth clean lines highlight the ample storage while still allowing the natural timber textures to be the hero of the kitchen. Seaview Cabinets incorporated a lockable sliding pantry door into the design for the homeowner’s private use, while a secondary pantry featuring a Blum pocket door pantry with Kethy brass hardware provides a luxe experience for vacation renters.

A generous island bench with undermount ceramic butler sink featuring rumbled brass tapware creates a dream entertainers’ space. Topped off with complementary ‘Taj Mahal’ honed Quartzite benchtops from CDK Stone and glamorous brass pendant lights that draw the eye up, Seaview Cabinets achieved a breathtaking airy quality within this project that emphasises the beauty of nature. Black Miele appliances and an integrated dishwasher are the perfect finishing touches to create a sophisticated, functional design for any family to enjoy.
