Located in Prahran, this home redefines city living, offering a perfect blend of style and functionality. Tres Architectural Joinery worked closely with the Turn Group, Sync Architecture and the homeowners to construct an ultra-modern extension to a classic Victorian terrace, ensuring the client’s vision was fully realised. The homeowners sought a space that was both an architectural masterpiece and reflective of an expensive, luxurious resort. With meticulous attention to detail and high quality craftsmanship, Tres Architectural Joinery designed a space that seamlessly combines moody undertones, natural colours, stonework and curved features.

The design exudes a refined minimalistic style while maintaining a sense of grandeur. From the kitchen to the bathroom, every element has been thoughtfully curated to create a cohesive and luxurious atmosphere. The dark timber floor-to-ceiling cabinetry in the kitchen adds warmth to the otherwise marble-dominated space, while the archway leading into the butler’s pantry provides a welcoming transition between the two areas. The generous kitchen island serves as both a functional space for meal preparation and an ideal area for entertaining guests. This design flows effortlessly into the bathroom, where the timber vanity contrasts beautifully with the marble benchtop and tiling, while gold fixtures add a touch of elegance and sophistication, completing the space with a sense of cohesion.
