MTR Designer Cabinets has produced yet another spectacular project with this stunning kitchen. The clients were after a space fit for the whole family that could also serve as an entertaining area, and MTR Designer Cabinets has well and truly delivered.

Designed by Tina Lindner, this kitchen is an entertainer’s dream, doubling as both a dining room and kitchen, with an integrated bench and table. The six-seater waterfall-edge table stems from the island bench and both are crafted from the same Polytec ‘Ravine’ laminate.

Polytec ‘Ravine’ was also the laminate of choice for the side cabinetry, which extends to the roof, and when coupled with the home’s 4.2m high ceilings, makes quite the statement. The kitchen also features Polytec ‘Classic White’ matte cabinetry behind the bench, creating a contrasting yet complementary neutral colour palette.

Polished concrete floors tie the whole look together while a stainless-steel counter-top adds an industrial feel. The counter could be used as either a breakfast bar or an entertainer’s bar, as it is conveniently located above a built-in, glass-front drinks fridge.

The styling of the space is minimalist in nature, with pops of colour that stand out against the otherwise understated palette. The addition of three metallic teardrop pendant lights hanging above the bench is the luxe finishing touch in this stylish kitchen.
