This modern multi-room project was expertly designed by Sally Feeney Interior Design. As a trained chef, the client required a highly functional kitchen with increased bench and storage space. The company met these requests by including an abundance of convenient cabinetry and integrated appliances.

The timber plate rack – which was specifically requested by the client and was custom-designed by Sally Feeney Interior Design – creates a partition between the kitchen and entryway, and complements the spotted-gum timber flooring. The handmade terracotta tiles were sourced from New Zealand, and add colour and texture to the space.

These tiles complement the surrounding cabinetry for great visual appeal. The kitchen features plenty of drawers to maximise storage potential, including corner pull-out units. Handmade porcelain pendant lights were hung above the bench to increase visibility in the high-traffic area, as well as providing pleasant mood lighting when dimmed.
