This beautiful multi-room renovation was expertly designed by Sally Feeney Interior Design. Special considerations were paid in order to protect the existing architecture of this heritage home, while adding contemporary and functional details to the interior.

Due to extensive water damage, the bathroom’s flooring, plumbing and wiring were completely replaced. Careful planning was essential to achieve the maximum potential of the space, while adhering to Heritage Victoria regulations.

With a spacious shower, a freestanding bathtub, a floating vanity unit and shallow cabinetry, the bathroom provides everyday luxury and convenience. Hexagonal tiles were selected for the flooring and a concealed toilet cistern was installed for a modern touch.

With plenty of in-built cabinetry and smart semi-integrated appliances, the kitchen has a highly functional layout. One of the existing windows was carefully moved to the renovated laundry to ensure every space in the home is well-lit.
