MTR Designer Cabinets designed this standout kitchen with a focus on meeting the lifestyle needs of a growing family. In consultation with the homeowners, the company opened up the original kitchen to integrate the space with the rest of the home and make it more inviting.

The 3m island bench features a stylish 60mm apron edge and a stunning 12mm ‘Aura’ top from Dekton’s Natural collection. The splashback matches the island bench and perfectly contrasts with the warm hardwood floor to create a balanced yet dynamic colour palette.

Polytec’s RAVINE finish was selected for the cabinetry, which has the warmth and texture of genuine timber veneer, while shadow line finger-pull handles were installed to encourage a modern streamlined aesthetic. State-of-the-art appliances were installed to enhance the functionality of the space, such as the versatile Kleenmaid cooktop.
