The subdued yet striking colour palette of the featured kitchen blends flawlessly with the interior of this stylish Williamstown home. Designed by Tina Lindner Design and constructed by MTR Designer Cabinets, the kitchen’s functional layout and contemporary design reflects the sophistication of the house in which it is located.

Spanning 5.5m x 4.5m, the kitchen maximises the available space, resulting in a highly practical work space that in no way compromises on aesthetic appeal.

Milan oak veneer doors and panels feature throughout the kitchen, enhancing the chic, modern look of the room. Handles from Designer Doorware were selected to complement the look and feel of the space, while a chic stainless steel back bench and eye-catching Stone Italiana on the island benchtop complement the kitchen’s sleek and minimalistic aesthetic.

A breakfast bar, also topped with Milan oak veneer, extends from the island bench and provides visual continuity as well as a compact and convenient space for the homeowners to relax over coffee in the mornings.

A large bank of cabinets to one side of the kitchen provides ample storage, ensuring it’s a breeze for the clients to keep the room free of clutter and enjoyable to work in.

Designed in a way that allows traffic to move freely and easily throughout the room while still providing minimal walking distance between the benches, fridge, storage areas and cooktop, the kitchen design was expertly planned and is tailored to the clients’ specific practical needs as well as their own personal style.
